Yesterday's American Idol was a real surprise. Melinda Doolittle, that one and only candidate who never fails to reach any pitch in any song throughout all the stages of American Idol, is eliminated! I can't believe it, seriously I cant! Her voice is the sexiest to me :p Though there are sensible reasons as to why she got kicked out of the reality show. First and most of all, she doesn't bring enough buzz to American Idol, because Jordin Sparks and Blake Lewis are the buzz. A 17-year-old high school student who has been complimented by the harsh Simon Cowell all along, and a hot beatboxer who ruled American Idol with his contemporary version of Bon Jovi's You Give Love A Bad Name. What has Melinda got? Well yes, she has a Tina Turner voice, a voice that cannot be compared to any other contestants in American Idol... and that's all. She doesn't take flight in any performances, it's all constant, you can never expect a flaw in her singing. And that is not how American Idol works, that's not what the producers want! I'm expecting a good album from her sometime next year, I'll definitely buy it! Because I love her voice, and it actually doesn't matter whether she wins or not, that's not the point! The point is to let the world know you are Melinda Doolittle and that you are a masterclass at singing.

Oh yess, Elliot  Yamin performing yesterday on the show. He brought out a big difference in his voice and the three contestants' voices. Goodness, his voice is so good! It's so calming and relaxing, I basically lied down on the sofa to listen to him singing Wait For You. The point is, I love his voice. haha :)
